Partnering with the Palladian Academy Trust

We managed to turn an early adopter into a 11 school trust wide partnership ๐ŸŽ‰

When we launched our pilot phase to test our early Anaphylaxis Kitt prototype back in September 2021, we knew it was vital to get a wide variety of schools and academies from across the country as well as key decision makers in education involved.

Thatโ€™s why we reached out to Tracey Dunn, who is not only Headteacher at Fitzmaurice Primary School, but also Education Ambassador for Anaphylaxis UK ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Tracey was a total advocate for us, spreading the word to the wider Palladian Academy Trust, who after understanding the importance of our mission, decided to sign a total of three of their schools up for our pilot phase!

After a successful couple of months and a redesigning service offering, we were given the opportunity to present a talk to the entire MAT Senior Leadership Team.

Shortly after, the trust confirmed that they would be taking a total of 14 Anaphylaxis Kitts across their 11 schools!

Tracey was understandably as excited about our partnership as us, stating โ€œIโ€™m so pleased - These allergy first aid kits are perfect for busy schools where children and staff may face an allergy emergency, and need some immediate help because anyone can develop an allergy at any time.โ€

Trevor, a First Aider at Ralph Allen School (also part of the trust) added, โ€œIt eases the pressure when you know there is something you can grab at a momentโ€™s notice when required for a medical emergency, and with Ralph Allen having three Kitts on site, if a student were to have an anaphylactic reaction, one of these life saving boxes could be grabbed from anywhere on site within 60 seconds. It really is the equivalent of an AED for Anaphylaxis.โ€

Our goal is to create a new standard for allergy care, and that certainly starts to feel realised when we get institutions like Multi-Academy Trusts joining us.
