Who are we?

“Our mission is to create a new standard for allergy care”

- Zak Marks, Co-Founder & CEO of Kitt Medical

Allergy diagnoses, anaphylaxis hospitalisations and adrenaline pen prescriptions are on the rise and the UK is inadequately managing allergies & anaphylaxis with a lack of standardised policy.

With ‘avoidable deaths’ caused by anaphylaxis appearing in the news too regularly, and a massive allergy stigma causing mental health issues for millions across the world, it’s clear that it has never been more important for us, as a society, to respond to this issue.

Our founder Zak, who lives with a severe nut allergy, originally came up with the idea for something 'just like a defibrillator, but for allergies" during his final year at university. Fast forward to early 2023, and the Anaphylaxis Kitt service was launched - offering a dependable supply of emergency adrenaline pens in wall-mounted Kitts, alongside CPD-accredited training,all-in-one subscription service.

We’ve now partnered with over 200 schools, trained 2,500+ staff members and helped provide safety & support to over 100,000 students… and in the future, our goal is for our Kitts to be every defibrillator’s next-door neighbour.

What will you be doing?

Helping to launch our Anaphylaxis Kitts in schools across the UK!

  • Contacting schools across multiple channels (email, phone, etc.) to build, qualify and nurture sales pipeline.

  • Testing and learning with new outbound strategies.

  • Maintaining good client relations by responding to (and dealing with) potential issues quickly and effectively.

  • Availability to travel to day events/conferences and exhibit Kitt to potential customers.

  • Getting your hands dirty. Like any true start-up, no two weeks will be the same and a general interest in mucking in and just getting the job done is crucial.

  • Able to work well with a small, tight knit team, collaborating with strong communication and transparency at all times.

  • Previous experience working with schools or in EdTech/Healthcare is a plus but not essential.

  • Growth mindset - adaptable and excited by the prospect of moving fast.

  • We want you to bring enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn. We will give you all the training and tools that you need to succeed.

What's in it for you?

  • Work that you want to shout about.

  • Competitive salary.

  • 25 days of holiday.

  • Central London membership office space with perks.

  • Join an awesome group of people working together to solve a problem that makes a difference.
